This is a chocolate chip cookie dough filled vanilla cupcake topped with a light layer of chocolate frosting. I used the basic vanilla cupcake recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World and plopped a ball of cookie dough in the center of each unbaked cupcake; I also made six mini-cupcakes without the cookie dough....I seem to be on a chocolate chip cookie kick lately.
