Just a quick note to let you all know that I am indeed still alive!

I realize it has been well over three weeks since I last updated - I've been busy packing, moving, and settling in... but I can't lie, mostly I've just been lazy. There are a slew of pictures of recent baking projects on my desktop that I keep meaning to post but I just haven't found the time to actually sit down and write a few entries yet. It certainly doesn't help that I'm leaving the country for about a month come Thursday...

I will update very soon though, I promise! I hate to leave you all hanging.
